KrakenPrint has made some ownership additions and management changes (Frederick Packard and Joshua Valliere are stepping in with majority ownership with Jacob Way). Throughout the years we have built a reputation on quality at an affordable rate, for all creators. We’re proud of the quality we deliver. We acknowledge we had/have much work to do with communication and logistics. We took sometime to dive into what we need to accomplish to be better and do better for our amazing KrakenPrint customers (new and old). KrakenPrint has doubled in size in regards to our client base, shown unprecedented growth in a short matter of time and secured affordable printing for our respective customers for domestic offset, domestic digital and overseas offset printing.

Where we fell short was being able to handle the increased work load from a communications standpoint. Full disclosure we had more projects than ever before and the increased workload made it difficult to manage, this has been addressed and new policies are in place to deliver the best customer service for 2019 and beyond.
