Melissa Rauch, who plays Dr. Bernadette Rostenkowsi-Wolowitz on The Big Bang Theory has signed on to play Harley Quinn in the upcoming Batman and Harley Quinn Animated Movie. She is Joined by Kevin Conroy who IS BATMAN.
