POP CULTURE ( FUNKO POP, TOYS, POP CULUTRE MERCHANDISE ( such as IP’s on items such as shirts, belts, glasses etc)  and FADS.

Brousers -attendees who just wander the floor, taking in the “geek experience”

Amount Spent

 

Based on Observations are people buying Small, moderate or Spending  lot on things in the show

Moderate purchases ( full Bags )

Buyers – Mulptly bags people walking around with large Items

Use a  1-10 scale.  1- representing  Unprofessional/Rude – 10- Resenting true Professional and FriendlyIf you feel you cannot answer put N/A
1) Were they super friendly to you?

2) Did they do anything nice for you (volunteers so you can go to the bathroom, bottled water, snacks, checking in on you)?

3) If you had a complaint or problem, did they respond with an earnest attempt to resolve the complaint in a reasonable window of time?

1 being Unprofessional and 10 being best and Prime Example of Professionalism. If you feel you cannot answer put N/A

-Floor Lay out and ability to allow crowd to move around and circulate. was poor planning a factor in over all layout and as a guest where you put in a high traffic area and did you see other side

-Venue Location: Was the area the con took place easily accessible and in a good area or was it remote

-The VENUES CONDITION:: Was it State of the Art of ran down??

-The HOURS of OPERATION:: was there times where the show was so slow it was a waste of time or did it always seem to have people to justify it being open. Please leave a comment if you think the hours should have been shaved. We will be passing this on to the conventions directly.

Attendance (35 points)

The amount of people seem over all (15 points will use a scales of 1-10)
( Both in front of you and at show. If you placement was bad at the show that’s not something that effect the attendance vote but rather the layout vote Later please separate these two things)

Official Attendance if available if not best guess. ( will not effect grade unless official and then we will adjust the cost of table )::

Cost of table ( this will be manual reviewed as a point system based on above this will account for 20 points )

0-75 Expectation of Low turn out no more than a few hundred
100- 150 Expectation of Numbers in the are of 1000 or more
150-200 Expectation of Thousands
200-on. Expectation of Ten of thousands of Attendees

 

So Based on Cost of the table using scale above Judge the Attendance from 1-10, with 1 being a handful to 10 being above and beyond expectations.  5 will be what is expected based on table cost and as such any score above 5 being, start with 6 will be considered  Bonus points to the score overall score of this section.

Weather :: ( These points will be added to the score to offset attendance as weather issues cannot be controlled by Promoter)

2 for sunny day some clouds
3 cloudy day
4 drizzle /flurries
5 rain
6 Heavy Rain accumulation of snow/ice
7 flooding/ plowable snow amounts
8 Full blown storm Warnings in place
9 Dangerous weather warning to stay home
10 Days had to be canceled due to forces of nature if not all days

The attractions

Was there a good mix of things to see in Artist alley

Where the Vendors and Crafts interesting

Was there a good celebrity mix ( This meteoric will be low value )

Where autographs/picture affordable
( 1 way to expensive 10 very reasonable )

Where there interesting attractions ( This will be a bonus add on to score )

Where there interesting and compelling panels?
