The COMX must have been RELEASED as a PDF by CHRISTMAS DAY this year and can go backward to June 2020 covering an 18 month period. The minimum Page count of 20 pages with a MAX out at 90 pages. Those 90 pages will be able to join the graphic novel award or anthology award. Short stories go into the Short Award.
