Dick was never a Good Batman. But he is a great Character but he himself would admit he was never good at being a sidekick. I think Damian wins because he is the most complex and biggest potential in a side Kick Batman has ever had at his side. Plus we all know he will be BATMAN one DAY
As much as I want to say Damian I have to go with Dick Grayson. He was the original and went on to be nightwing even dawning the bat suit for a while.
