A wannabe pirate and his best friend are tricked by a witch into resurrecting the infamous Black Pirate and his skeleton crew.

Ghostly Tides is the second creator-owned comic from Swampline productions and this is our second Kickstarter. It is the brainchild of Chris Allen and Kim Roberts who created Swampline Productions as a way to create their own creator-owned indie comics. For Ghostly Tides, they have teamed up with artist Denis Pacher to bring you a swashbuckling pirate adventure story featuring pirates, skeletons, sea monsters and Cthulu-like creatures.

We personally funded 10 pages, covers and card game to show how dedicated we and the team are to telling this story and delivering it in the best quality possible. With this Kickstarter, we’re looking to fund the completion of the artwork and card game, a small print run, and the creation, packaging & shipping of the rewards to our backers.
