Why: I have always been a fan of the Misfits, and love the aesthetic of skulls, so I thought getting the Crimson Ghost would be cool. I fully trust Jrew as an artist, he’s done fantastic quality work in record time. I wanted Jrew’s take on it. His art style. Part of what makes the Crimson Ghost logo so compelling is the eyes behind the skull. He took it a step further and gave it a very realistic and 3D look. I am hoping to continue the trend and eventually sleeve this upper arm. Unfortunately we live in different states, so our opportunities to ink are limited to our time spent at the convention. I already have an idea for the upcoming May show.
Any Regrets: I may gone a little smaller in hindsight, to allow for more room for other stuff on the arm. But overall I am VERY happy with it.
