In OCT we changed our look and most feedback was Excellent and positive. Than there was a comment that the site was confusing. Now its HARD not to defended yourself and be open to a persons point of VIEW but its VERY important. And Me and my TEAM listened. We have worked on Taging system and even changed how we tagged things in the last month to become optimized. TODAY we added to the menu section. We hope this with the search bar has made the site more organized and easier to use. The person who say something did us a favor. EVEN when you disagree you now have the ability to see the fault an d understand how it may effect you. Always keep and open mind and listen.
