Money, are you spending your money smartly?
S you have an idea but it need to be created and that takes money. Most of us aren’t a rich billionaire and we need to find where that Money is coming from. Here are a few suggestions on how to create a pool of money for creating with out doing the drastic which you can do such as cutting cable cord and internet and using Starbucks. hose work but for those us married or have kids who cant suggest using leaves for toilet paper cause its free I give you this today:
Couponing to Creation
There is a site on face book called couponing to Disney where they save money through deals that gets the money to afford going to Disney. Thats your job except you aren’t going to Disney to are bringing your creation to life!
Now there a ton of couponing site out there. I suggest Couponing to Disney and Retailmenot.com. both show great offers and ways to save. But you should sign up to loyalties cards and get credit cards that only give you something in return for use. Such as my Amazon Card where I get Amazon bucks to use on site. I use them to buy thing we need monthly Like TP for my bung hole.
And amazon is great with it subscribe and save and Prime Programs. Yes prime cost you 99.99 a year but if played right you make that money back in saving and shipping cost if you do get things that need shipping often.
But even if you dont use the Amazon for shopping download that app and all the apps of the stores that you go to and start price matching. Toy R us Price match but so do a lot of others stores. you can scan bar codes and get to compare prices and buy it at a store you shop at with the lower price with out running around. So all the stores you are loyal to you need to see about their price match policy.
Now there are some other small ways to save money. here they are.
Plan your days better when it comes to travel. using your car cost money. and it adds up over a year. But if you put off going somewhere till you can match with another activity you could be saving money in gas. Also speeding and tire pressure both effect your car. So keep the tires filled and the pedal off the floor.
Now food cost eat at home or go out when you have a coupon for the lazy meals. Most chain eatiers offer coupon deals and or promotions you need to keep track of. today is Tuesday so my son Jaxx eats for free at Ruby Tuesdays. You need to keep an eye on these things.
The loyalties cards work wonders. I use Toy R Us because they price match and do a percentage back to you in rewards to be used at a store. I wind up with 200 dollars to spend every year.
The most obvious one is looking at the unneeded in your life spending. This means if you are a games signing up for game fly. Skipping the collectors editions. Want to see a movie wake up early on the weekends hit the matinees.
When a company screw up press them to make it right. You will save money with email and phone call and often get a amount credit to you for the screw up.
You need to be in the mind set of saving money. That means not buying something you do not need. You need to be a Squirrel who hides there money.
Its all mentality. You can see this as a joke not worth your time or like me find a way to save every penny you can. In 2015 using coupons and watching deals and having the rewards cards save me well over a 1000 dollars. And No I am not kidding. It adds up. That thousand is what was used to launch Written sins new sites that you visit this year. There is money leaking from you and you dont even know it. Start looking for the leaks that you can fix

You have to act as important as you want to be one day. And what I mean isn’t be a dick but carry your self as important. Don’t talk yourself Down. To many creators lack confidence. You have to believe in your self and fake know what your doing till you do know. It how you succeed with confidence not arrogance.

Hotels can kill profitability you will need to ether sleep in a car or find people to share hotel rooms with or the expense will kill you.

Yesterday for some reason this did not post and it was a good one for con goers this weekend. It’s all about having snacks and meals with you. I suggest fruits healthy snacks and meal replacement bars also known as protein bars. I used the brand in photo daily. (Power Crunch) It’s the most natural I have found and come in a variety of flavors that taste great just skip the chocolate.

Hydrate, get a small cooler and bring drinks with you. Put it in a book bag. This will save you a ton of money and as you drink the and replace the weight with cool creators comics and it will never be a burden.
