OK this is going to be a long post so I’ll try and be as brief on each point as I can so I don’t bore you guys and get straight to the amazing announcement.
So we had announced a few months ago we moving away from single issues to graphic novels, and the good news is we still are. We where planning on re-launching the whole series as graphic novels but due to commercial reasons we have not been able to do this and make it commercially viable.
The fantastic news is that we are ready to launch our next issue of XCT called Breakout which will be an 80 page graphic novel. We had been sitting on this issue for a while and are extremely excited to be in a place where we can release it to you as we believe new writer Ben Rosenthal and artist Alex Malyshev have done an amazing job and both the story and art will knock your socks off!!
We have attached the cover and first page to wet your appetites but will be releasing a panel a week (maybe more if your nice) up until our Kickstarter launch on the 13th of February. The Kickstarter will run for 30 days and all books will be shipped in April. We have got some new and amazing rewards on offer but I’ll tell you about that in the coming weeks.
Once again we would like to thank Brendan Halyday and Jerry Gaylord for all there work on the series and wish them all the success for the future. Especially Jerry who has now moved onto an amazing opportunity with Warner Brothers.
We will also have another announcement soon in regards to SDCC so look out for that too.
Well if you reached this point thanks for taking such an interest in our series and we appreciate all your support. We hope you have an amazing Christmas and a Happy New Year.
